Vir Das recited a poem titled ‘Two Indias’ during a standup comedy show in Washington, DC, USA. He is being labelled anti-national after his video went viral. Vir Das’ standup comedy shows are extremely popular around the world. He is both a comedian and an actor. He has appeared in films such as ‘Go Goa Gone,’ ‘Badmaash Company,’ Revolver Rani with Kangana Ranaut, and Delhi Belly with Imran Khan. Vir Das was born in Dehradun on May 31, 1979.

In 2014, Vir Das, 42, married Shivani Mathur. This wedding took place in Sri Lanka in a very private ceremony. Vir Das is the first Indian to be cast in Netflix’s Abroad Understanding comedy special. Vir Das is well-known on a global scale, so what he says and does affect a large number of people.
