Arzoo began her career as a co-editor of Nihao-Salam magazine with Senator Mushahid Hussain Sayed. As a freelancer, she published articles for reputable news outlets such as Business Recorder, Pakistan Times, Frontier Post, Pakistan Observer, Independent Urdu, and several Indian daily papers.
Her regular appearances as a Pakistani panellist in numerous Indian media debates on Indo-Pak topics are well received by viewers. She frequently appears as an impartial analyst on Pakistani talk shows.
