Tia Bajpai, often known as Twinkle Bajpai, is an Indian singer, television and film actress who was born Tia Bajpai. She made her cinematic debut in 2011 with Vikram Bhatt’s film Haunted – 3D, and she has also acted in the films 1920: Evil Returns and Baankey Ki Crazy Baraat. She also took part in the 2005 Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge.
Bajpai, who is from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, began her career by participating in a few television serials and shows. She made her acting and singing debut in Vikram Bhatt’s horror picture Haunted 3D in 2011, co-starring Mahaakshay Chakraborty, as Meera Sabharwal, who is tortured by her piano teacher (played by Arif Zakaria). Taran Adarsh of Bollywood Hungama gave the film a rating of 3.5/5.
In 2012, Bajpai co-starred with Aftab Shivdasani in Vikram Bhatt’s next project i.e horror movie 1920: The Evil Returns, a sequel to the 2008 film 1920. She played Smriti, a young girl who is possessed by an evil ghost. The picture received mixed reviews from critics, but it was a commercial success.
“Upgrade,” Bajpai’s first worldwide solo album, was published in 2020. The album’s music videos were made available on YouTube. The album’s lead single, “Bon Appetit,” was released on May 23 and featured India’s first 3D animation video, which has earned over a million views on YouTube. On her record, she was credited as Tia B.

Tia Bajpai Personal Life
Tia Bajpai was born in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, on February 22, 1988. Tia has been working in the television and film industries since 2005. Her first break came in the television series ‘Ghar Ki Lakshmi Beti.’
Tia’s parents are strict disciplinarians, and her mother made sure she learned the ins and outs of home responsibilities before entering the glitzy world.
Her father, who organizes celebrity events, told his daughter that she should not turn back once she has decided on a career path.
At the request of film director Vikram Bhatt, she changed her name to Tia. The main reason for this was that Twinkle (Khanna, Akshay Kumar’s wife) already exists in Bollywood. The two may have been confused since they had the same name.
The actor-singer was scheduled to travel to Norway on March 23, 2020, to make a new film, but owing to the shutdown, she had to cancel all of her airline and hotel reservations.
Tia revealed her negative drug test report in 2020 and advised her fellow celebrities to do the same and share the results on a public forum so that the results did not become generalized. Her tweet came after the NCB broadened its investigation and began summoning several celebrities for questioning in the drug inquiry.
