Nora Fatehi Summoned By ED in Money Laundering Case

Nora Fatehi Money Laundering Case: In conjunction with a money-laundering investigation, Ed has summoned Bollywood actress Nora Fatehi. On Thursday, the actress appeared at the ED. She will be questioned in relation to the ongoing investigation into alleged conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar.

For those who are unaware, he has been suspected of being involved in a multi-billion dollar extortion racket. Nora, as well as Jacqueline Fernandez, have been summoned to appear before the agency on October 15. This is the second time the 36-year-old actress has been summoned to physically participate in the investigation.

It said in a state, Chandrasekharkhar is a “renowned conman” who is being investigated by the Delhi Police for alleged criminal conspiracy, defrauding, and extortion of Rs 200 crore. “Chandrasekhar is the mastermind behind this sw, and he’s He’s been involved in the criminal underworld since he was 17 years old. “He has many FIRs against him and is currently incarcerated in Rohini (in connection with the Delhi Police case),” the ED had stated.

He (using a cellphone obtained unlawfully in prison) used technology to make fake calls to deceive individuals into thinking the numbers appearing on the phone party’s phone number belonged to key government figures.

“While speaking to these folks (from the prison), he claimed to be a government worker promising to aid people for a fee,” the ED alleged.

Chandrasekhar was arrested in 2017 for allegedly accepting money from TTV Dhinakaratoto bribe Election Commission officialtoto obtain the AIADMK’s “two leaves” symbol for the Sasikala faction in a by-election to the R K Nagar Assembly seat in Tamil Nadu.

On the professional front, Nora was most recently seen in ‘Bhuj: The Pride of India,’ in which she co-starred with Ajay Devgn, Sonakshi Sinha, Sanjay Dutt, and Ammy Virk. Jacqueline’s most recent film performance was in ‘Bhoot Police,’ alongside Yami Gautam, Saif Ali Khan, and Arjun Kapoor.
