Manika Sheokand is a businesswoman and Miss Grand India 2020 titleholder from Haryana, India. She rose to prominence after winning the title of Miss Grand India 2020 at the VLCC Femina Miss India 2020 pageant on Wednesday, February 10, 2021.

Manika Sheokand, a Uchana Kalan resident, has been crowned Miss India. Monica will now compete in the Miss World pageant. Monika Shyokand, originally from Uchana Kalan but now residing in Chandigarh, began modeling two years ago at the request of her elder sister.
Miss Grand India Femina The Haryana government appointed Manika Sheokand as the brand ambassador for the ‘Mera Pani Meri Virasat’ scheme. Manika Sheokand expressed her determination to work on environmental protection in the future when she met with Chief Minister Manohar Lal. Manika Shyokand was given Gita and a shawl by the Chief Minister, who asked her to study Gita.
Manika then won the title of Miss Haryana for the first time. Following that, a model from each state competed for Miss India in Mumbai. In this competition, 15 top models were chosen. Monica Shyokand was one of them. Monica was crowned Miss Grand India 2020 and currently representing India in Miss Grand International 2021.
The Miss Grand International 2021 competition is being held in Thailand and the final winner will be declared on 4th December 2021.
The Miss India crown was then placed on Monica’s head. Manika Sheokand, 25, completed her MBA after completing her B-Tech in Chemical Engineering. Sheokand did her schooling at Kailash Bahl D.A.V Senior secondary public school.
She also worked in Noida for about a year before leaving in 2019 to pursue a career in modeling. Kanika, her older sister, wholeheartedly supported this decision.
Manika Family and Career
When it comes to her family, Manika is the youngest daughter of her parents. Her father’s name, according to sources, is Suraj Mal Sheokand. Manika’s mother, Mamta Sheokand, is a stay-at-home mom. She has an elder sister, Kanika Sheokand.
She started working at a company called “KBR, Inc” in Gurgaon. Manika Sheokand was hired as a chemical engineer at Gujarat Fluorochemicals Limited after working for three months.
She worked there few months before leaving to pursue her childhood dream of becoming a model.
