Ritika Khatnani of Pune was crowned Miss Diva Supranational 2022, while Sonal Kukreja of Jaipur was named the first runner-up. The title of Diva was awarded at a star-studded event attended by celebrities from the fashion and Bollywood industries, including Kriti Sanon and Malaika Arora.
