Season 4 of “The Real Housewives of Miami” starts on Peacock on Thursday, December 16. Alexia Echevarria, Lisa Hochstein, Larsa Pippen, Guerdy Abraira, Dr. Nicole Martin, and Julia Lemigova star in the show, which also includes Adriana de Moura, Marysol Patton, and Kiki Barth.
