‘Euphoria,’ one of HBO’s most successful series, returns to the air this Sunday (9) three years after the first season debuted. The second season continues the story, which addresses issues such as drug use, LGBTQIAP+ issues, addictions, and depression.

New characters, such as the young Eliot, played by singer Dominic Fike, can be seen in a teaser. He and the protagonist Rue, played by Zendaya, will be emotionally involved as they go through the rehabilitation process.

In addition to Rue and Eliot, the teaser features familiar season one characters such as Maddy (Alexa Demie), Cassie (Sydney Sweeney), Fez (Angus Cloud), Kat (Barbie Ferreira), and Nate Jacobs (Jacob Elordi).

The first episode of the second season will be available on the HBO Max streaming platform tomorrow. After winning an Emmy for her performance in ‘Euphoria,’ Zenday revealed that the new season “is going to be a difficult year” for her character.

“It’s going to be a difficult, if not devastating, year. But I believe Rue deserves all of the attention as a character because I believe she represents a lot to a lot of people “she stated.
