The NCB, on the other hand, opposed Aryan Khan’s bail application in court, claiming that he was involved in a “international drug smuggling racket” based on WhatsApp chats. According to the NCB, Aryan used to trade in large quantities of drugs, and the chats recovered from his phone contained evidence of money transactions.

At the same time, during the hearing of Aryan Khan’s bail application, the NCB informed the court that they have evidence that Aryan has been using illegal drugs for many years. Not only that, but he has used drugs in other countries.
