Hansal Mehta paid a very emotional tribute to his father-in-law Yusuf Hussain. He wrote, ‘I had completed 2 schedules of Shahid and we were stuck. A non-existent career as a filmmaker was almost completely over. In such a situation Yusuf sahib came to my found. He gave me his deposited money. He was not my father-in-law but father’.
Hansal Mehta further said that ‘Today he left so that all the women who are in heaven can tell how beautiful she is and tell the men how young she is. Lots of love to you, I owe you this new life. Today I am an orphan. Now life will never be the same.
