Prithviraj is Yash Raj Films’ first historical, based on the life and heroism of the daring and great Samrat Prithviraj Chauhan. Akshay Kumar stars as the famous warrior who fought valiantly against the cruel invader Muhammad of Ghor. Akshay released the film’s teaser on social media and praised the braveheart’s daredevilry.
The stunning Manushi plays his beloved Sanyogita, and her debut is undoubtedly one of the most anticipated debuts of 2022. Dr. Chandraprakash Dwivedi, who helmed the biggest television epic Chanakya – based on the life and times of India’s most prominent political strategist and the multiple award-winning Pinjar – is directing Prithviraj, which is produced by Yash Raj Films. Prithviraj will be released in theaters globally on January 21, 2022.
