Nas’s new album, Magic, will be released by Mass Appeal on Thursday at midnight. The nine-song set, executive produced by Nas and Hit-Boy and featuring A$AP Rocky and DJ Premier, will be available to stream and download.
Magic is the follow-up to his Grammy-nominated album King’s Disease II, which was released in August. The song “Nobody,” featuring Ms. Lauryn Hill, appears on the sequel to 2020’s King’s Disease. Collaborations include Charlie Wilson, Eminem, EPMD, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, YG, and others.
Nas had earlier shared the cover art and tracklist for his new album on social media on Thursday. “Magic is in the air,” he wrote in the caption. “Midnight and brand new music to groove to.” Nas announced his new non-musical venture in October: he became a co-owner and equity partner in cigar brand Escobar Cigars.
